Refunds & Return Policy

  • New, Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

  • The customer will pay for shipping on all returns.

  • Items may be returned by mail or in person. 

  • Refund may take 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds are not based on scents alone as these synergies are used for their restorative properties.

  • Each person's constitution is different and no product is a one size fits all approach. While we carefully and intentionally craft our products to nourish the skin, we can't guarantee the same results from person to person as everyone is at a different place on their healing journey. We wish you all the best in healing and nourishing your skin, but we can't refund products that do not achieve your personal health goals.
